At Zest we create your program based on the goals you tell us you want to achieve. We then show you how to use all of the equipment on your program. We take a record of your weight, measurements & body fat. Then, EVERY 8 WEEKS, we do it all again. We progress your program, we look at your inch & body fat loss & we make sure you are heading towards the goals you want to achieve.
We get you to where you want to be.
If you run out of motivation (as many people do) we are there to get you back on track.
We know it takes a lot of motivation to get into ‘gym’ mode in the first place, and even more motivation to stick at it, to follow exercise programs, to turn up at the gym regularly.
