Club Zest for me is more than just a place to get fit and stay healthy. It has become a huge part of my life and has allowed me to meet some fantastic people who I now class as good friends. All the staff there know every member and have the ability to cater for everybody's individual requirements.  They are all approachable, friendly and above all make you feel good about yourself, regardless of size or shape. For any ladies out there who have always been reluctant or apprehensive about joining a gym, this is the one for you.  You will never look back.
