We have added some great new classes to our timetable for September! We have introduced a whole new range of Gold classes which are designed for those who are new to exercise, the mature exerciser and anyone else who wants to have fun in a low impact dance class.

Gold classes are £2 for members & £4 for non-members. Choose from Zumba Gold®, Tap dancing, Belly dancing & Ballet tone.

We all know that getting & staying fit is easy if you enjoy what you're doing and it's fun - so we know that you're going to love these classes because fun is what they're all about!
