Using our Zingredient of the month is the Blueberry & Kale Smoothie.
¾ cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of baby kale
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
½ cup ice.
Place all ingredients into blender
Blend until Smooth
Don’t be put off by colour, it reduces your sweet cravings and is really filling!
