Bikini workout – This is a group session based in the studio using both weighted and non weighted exercise. At the start of each month you are measured (to track progress) and given a nutritional guidance pack to help you reach your goals and maintain optimal health. bikini-workout

Early morning gym workout – This group session is based in the gym before opening hours, to get you in and out before everyone else’s day has started. This is a great toning class, with all the motivation you need to get your gym session done, with correct forms and technique giving you results that last.
