Gym Bootcamp

This bootcamp uses both weighted & body weight exercises to get the best results possible. Each month you will be measured to track your progress and receive a full nutritional document.
This early morning bootcamp is set in the gym before opening hours using machines and body weight exercises with your trainer guiding you through each session to gain amazing results!
