I became a member of club zest in April 2010 to improve my fitness, tone up the wobbly bits and to shed some weight. It has been a worthwhile decision and a really enjoyable experience. I have lost 2 stone in weight and I am only 6lb away from my target. I look forward to every session. I attend at the club in a very convivial atmosphere.
After my initial induction I was allocated Holly as my trainer – she is a star! Holly reviews my progress and advises on my workout routines every 8 weeks to ensure my programme is changed as I progress and my body adapts to the exercise. This is without doubt one of the strengths of the club – the support – which encourages and motivates you to do well. In addition to the gym workouts, there are various studio classes, slimming club, indoor cycle sessions, all of which are very well supported and enjoyed by members. Club zest is a well run, professionally organised ladies club and I am so pleased I joined.
