Fully Equipped Gym

To help you reach your goals we have a full range of cardio machines, resistance & functional training equipment – don’t worry if that all sounds like a foreign language to you – we’re here to show you what to do and how to do it!

One to One Guidance & Instruction

Forget the old saying ‘no pain, no gain’ we promised to ease you into your new exercise routine gradually! Your gym instructor will design a programme for you based around your current fitness levels and exercise history. Your instructor won’t leave your side until you are confident enough to follow your programme on your own. For some members this can take 2 or 3 sessions, for others it can take more, either way, we are always there for you.

Teen Fitclub

We like to encourage a healthy approach to exercise from an early age. We offer pay as you go gym sessions for teenage girls from 13 years to 16 years old.

Group Fitness Classes

We have an amazing timetable of classes from firm favourites such as Pilates and Yoga to newer classes such as Pound, Clubbercise, Piloxing, Kettbells and Hiitstep. With over 45 classes each week to choose from, you’ll never be bored at Zest.

Regular Progress Checks

Every 8 weeks, your progress will be checked and your instructor will design a new fitness programme for you to follow. This will help to keep you motivated and will ensure that your exercise routine is helping you to achieve the results you want.

Mother & Daughter Sessions

Sometimes it can be difficult to spend quality time with your teenagers, doing something that both of you can enjoy. Our mother and daughter sessions are very popular because of this reason. With many teenagers so inactive these days yet under pressure to emulate their idols, we like to educate them to exercise in a sensible way, in a controlled environment. And of course, with mum at their side!

Indoor Cycles Studio

Group cycle sessions are really popular at zest – the 45 minute sessions are guaranteed to burn calories, increase fitness and tone your body. These sessions are open to non-members too.

Relax & Unwind & Pamper yourself

Whether it’s relaxing with a beauty treatment, a hair cut, even a sports massage – it’s all here under one roof at zest. Another great stress reliever is laughter, and you’re quite sure to get your dose of that chatting to members and staff in our reception area.

Slimming Club

Our slimming club is hugely succesful because we work one-to-one with you, analysing the foods that you eat via a food diary. We help you to make healthy changes to your eating habits so that you lose weight gradually without actually being “on” a diet. Most members lose between 7lbs and a stone within the 8 week course.
