We are an award-winning, ladies-only gym, based in Sunderland.
For over 20 years we’ve been helping women from across the Sunderland and North East area become fitter, healthier and more confident.
With our fully equipped gym including an array of resistance machines, free weights and cardio machines, as well as our comprehensive timetable with over 60 classes per week, ranging from HIIT, abs and kettlebells, to Yoga, Clubbercise, Zumba and everything in between, we have created a health and fitness haven for all ages, sizes and abilities.
Our fully qualified and experienced team work hard to deliver a variety of 1-1 and small group personal training sessions, as well as classes and bootcamps to ensure training for all needs and goals are catered for.
Whether you want to improve your fitness, grow your strength, lose weight, drop a dress size, increase muscle tone, or just start or keep up a hobby, in the company of like-minded people, then we are the place for you.
The support doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. We’re contactable via our social media pages outside of daily opening hours so any questions or queries are answered in a timely manner meaning there’s no halt to your journey or achieving your goals.
We also understand every person has their own individual goals in mind, which is why every member goes through our through induction process, meaning you have a programme that’ll help you achieve your targets in a realistic amount of time, doing exercises and using equipment you feel comfortable with. We do regular re-assessments with every member too, allowing us and you to check back and track your progress, and adapt and modify your programme in accordance with your increasing ability, fitness and strength.
Remember we said, we get it? We do. Need to train early before work? Join one of our early morning classes, bootcamps or spin sessions. Prefer to train later when the kids are in bed? Come in later for one of our Clubbercise or boxercise classes. Need an extra boost and want to have further guidance with exercises? Join our Body Shred membership where you’ll get a weekly small group training session with one of our experienced trainers.
