Rosemary’s Cocktail Dip
Per serving: 27 cal / 0.07g fat
4-5 tablespoons low-fat fromage frais or yogurt
3-4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
A few drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix the fromage frais or yogurt with sufficient tomato ketchup to colour and flavour. Season to taste with Tabasco sauce, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spoon into a small serving dish.
