Rosemary’s Garlic and Caper Dip

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped

1 spring onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

5oz (150g) low-fat fromage frais or yogurt

Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
