Rosemary’s Tuna Dip
Per serving: 19 cal / 0.3g fat
1 small can tuna in brine
4oz (100g) quark
2 tablespoons low-fat salad dressing
½teaspoon horseradish relish to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chervil
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Flake into small pieces with two forks. Mix together with the quark and salad dressing. Season to taste with horseradish relish, salt, white pepper and chervil.
