Yogurt & garlic marinade

Serves 8

337ml plain natural live yogurt

3 cloves garlic minced

2 tablespoons dried parsley

2 tablespoons dried basil

3 tablespoons Dijon style mustard

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon dried tarragon

Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients & store in fridge in air tight container.
