Rise and shine Coffee Smoothie


  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup of coffee
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons of coconut flakes (optional for sweetness)
  • Handful of ice.


Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth, Garnish with coconut flakes and maybe a sneaky swirl of chocolate syrup! (only on a cheat day)

If you don’t need to keep it diary free add a few spoons of Greek yoghurt for added protein and thickness! Yummeeeeeeeeee!!
