Mix 2 tsp. grapeseed oil with the juice of 1/2 a lime, 1 tsp. thai red curry paste & 2tsp. brown sugar.
Add 100g prawns, stir & leave for 10 mins then grill for 5 mins.
Serve with 1 baked sweet potato, 1 tbsp. reduced fat crème fraiche & mixed green salad leaves.
