Seeded bagel tuna melt

4 mixed seed bagels

200g can tuna in spring water drained

1 tbsp reduced fat mayo

Juice of 1 lemon

1 bunch spring onions, chopped

2 tomatoes sliced

Handful reduced fat cheese


Heat the grill, split open bagels, lay on tray & toast on both sides until golden.

Meanwhile, tip tuna in bowl, add mayo, lemon juice & spring onions. Season & mix well. Spread tuna mix over the bottom half of each bagel & top with tomato slices. Sprinkle over cheese then grill for 1 minute until melted. Pop the bagel lids on & serve with a mixed salad.
