Tuna Coleslaw Wraps

6 tbsp of low fat Greek yogurt
1tsp lemon juice
Pinch or dried tarragon or chives
1tsp tahini paste (optional)
1 carrot, grated
100g white cabbage, grated
½ red onion, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
½ red pepper, diced
185g can tuna in spring water, drained
125g chickpeas
4 tortilla wraps
Method:
Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, tarragon or chives and tahini paste (if using)
In a large bowl, combine the carrot, cabbage, red onion, spring onion, pepper, tuna & chickpeas.
Add the yogurt mixture and toss to combine.
Spoon the mixture into tortillas, roll up & serve.
