Must do this before each video to warm up properly

Jog

Squat

Spiderman plank with arm rotation

Lunge with added core rotation

Walkout burpee

Pulse raiser

Hi knees

Squat jump

Spiderman plank (sped up)

Burpee

CRANK IT UP!…… Repeat pulse raiser to make it into a circuit
