Spiderman plank with arm rotation

Lunge with added core rotation

Walkout burpee

Pulse raiser

Hi knees

Squat jump

Spiderman plank (sped up)

Burpee

CRANK IT UP!……¬†Repeat pulse raiser to make it into a circuit
