Our Rachel Dugan is booked onto her leadership in running course this month and the Zest Running Club will be hitting us early May. This club will run twice a week and will be suitable for all levels. Rachel is a very experienced runner herself and lots of you ladies have been asking us to do this for a long time, so here it is!!

This is ideal for anyone who wants to become a runner and increase their fitness levels by not just basic running-this club will also incorporate hill sprints and interval training. Non-members will also be welcome to join it.
