Chocolate Orange Mousse
1 x 70g packet of low fat instant custard
1 x 23g packet reduced sugar orange jelly
1 heaped tbsp. cocoa powder
100g low fat fromage frais
2 egg whites
Grated chocolate to decorate
Make up the custard with 300ml boiling water. Add the jelly & cocoa to the custard mix. Whisk for 5 minutes to dissolve the jelly. Allow to cool slightly before mixing in the fromage frais.
Whisk the egg whites until still & fold into the mixture. Pour into serving glasses & allow to cool until set.
Decorate with grated chocolate & serve.
