Chocolate Orange Mousse

serves 6

what you need:

70g packet of low fat instant custard

23g packet of reduced sugar orange jelly

1 heaped tablespoon of good quality cocoa

100g low fat fromage frais

2 egg whites

grated chocolate to decorate

method:

make up the custard with 300ml of boiling water.

add the jelly & cocoa to the custard mix & whisk for 5 minutes to dissolve the jelly.

Allow to cool slightly before mixing in the fromage frais.

Whisk the egg whites intil stiff & fold into the mixture.

Pour into individual serving glasses and allow to cool until set.

Decorate with grated chocolate & serve.
