Make your own muesli

Cheaper than shop bought and a much healthier option, guaranteed to set you up for the day.

Although the fat count of this muesli is high, the saturated fat is low & the rest is good fat and far better for you than sugared or “diet” cereals.

Use a cup to measure everything out. It makes 10 portions

3 cups of oats

1 cup mixed nuts including macadamia if possible

1/2 cup each of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins & dried cranberries

1 cup dried ready to eat apricots

Mix together & store in an airtight container.

To serve, put a portion in your bowl, pour over milk and add chopped fresh fruit.
