Serves 4
(prep time 10 mins / cook time 20 mins)
2 slices RYE bread blitzed into breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
4 fillets skinless white fish (about 140g each)
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Heat oven to 220 / gas 7
Tip crumbs into a bowl with half the sesame seeds.
Brush the fillets with yogurt, season with salt & pepper then coat in the crumb mixture.
Lay on a greased baking tray & sprinkle over the remaining sesame seeds & drizzle with the tbsp of oil
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
