Healthy home made Muesli Bars

Makes 22 slices

8oz Porridge oats

1 tsp baking powder

3oz raisins

1oz desiccated coconut

Handful of blue berries chopped in half

Handful of raspberries chopped in half

1 small apple chopped in to small pieces

1 egg & 1 egg white

1 cup of apple juice (no added sugar)

Method

Mix all dry ingredients together: oats, baking powder, coconut, raisins & fresh fruit

Add egg & egg white and apple juice.

Place into a baking tray, level out lightly but don’t press down.

Bake for 10-15 mins an 180.

Remove and while warm, score half way through & divide into 22 slices.

Once cooled, cut through. And don’t eat them all at once!
