recipe: 1 table spoon of protein powder, one scoop of organic 100% cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 cup of organic rolled oats OR finely chopped walnuts and cashew nuts, a little good quality honey (about 1 to 2 tablespoons).Stir in all up together and add in more protein powder if needed for thickness. Roll in to balls about the size of a golf ball and then roll in shredded coconut. Pop them in the fridge for a couple of hours…. VOILA!
